This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The grievance of the Petitioner as a Data Entry Operator that despite several reminders, the service of the Petitioner has not been regularized. It is further submitted that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Rashmi Rekha Das vs. State of Odisha & another in W.P.(C) No.16906 of 2020 and batch of cases, decided on 23.11.2021, as annexed under Annexure-3 to the writ petition.

In such view of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Authority by filing a fresh representation along with copy of the aforesaid judgments and certified copy of this order

// 2 // within a period of two weeks hence. In such event, the Authority shall consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner in the light of the judgment in the case of Rashmi Rekha Dash (supra) and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months keeping in view the principle laid down by this Court. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
