Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is serious allegation of non-disposal of representation of the Petitioner pursuant to disposal direction of this Court. This Court treats this Contempt Petition to be in the nature of first contempt. Be that as it may, the present incumbent as Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation is directed to work out the direction of this Court involving the representation of the Petitioner in disposal of W.P.(C) No.37209/2021 on 14.12.2021 at least within a period of one month hence, failing which it will invite suo motu contempt.
