1. Heard Mr. A.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as Miss S. Mishra, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party No.1.

2. The Petitioners have prayed to quash the criminal proceeding in Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No.20/2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.431/2018 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Cuttack for the alleged offences under Sections 498A/323/294/506/34/406, I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Upon hearing both the parties, I do not see any merit in the petition to entertain.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
