1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioners while serving as Assistant Professors on different subjects on deputation basis, have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to either regularize service of the petitioners in the post of Assistant Professor in OMES cadre or in the alternative, they may be allowed to continue in the vacant post of Assistant Professors in any of the Government Medical College and Hospital as they have served for more than 4 years in the said post in S.L.N. Medical College and Hospital, Koraput.
3. The prayer of the petitioners cannot be exceeded to since this Court has no power to regularize the present petitioners nor this Court can direct the Government to absorb them in any other College as deputanist.
4. In view of such facts, the petitioners are directed to file representation before the opposite party No.1 along with a certified copy of this order within a period of one week hence. On such
// 2 // event, the opposite party No.1 shall decide their representation in accordance with law within a period of two months therefrom.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
