2.Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Chandrapur P.S. Case No.05 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.20 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gunupur.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that since the implication of the Petitioners is only on the basis of confidential inquiry made by the Police, the FIR may be quashed.

5. It appears that in spite of the rejection of the pre-arrest bail of the Petitioners, they have not been arrested yet. In the absence of the Petitioners, the conclusion of the investigation is not possible.
6. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR on the ground stated. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed being devoid of merit. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
