Learned counsel for the Petitioners wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move later.

Permission is granted to withdraw the bail application. 4.

Since the Petitioners are in custody from 06.12.2019 and trial is yet to begin, the trial court is directed to commence and conclude the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months. It shall be open for the Petitioners to renew their prayer, if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
