As it is fairly submitted at the Bar that the order vide Annexure-8 is appealable in nature under Section 111 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Petitioner, if so advised, may file Appeal before the competent authority within four weeks from today. If there is any delay in filing the Appeal, such delay may be condoned taking a liberal view of the matter, as the case was pending before this Court till date.
