This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present bail application has been filed by the petitioner basing on a complaint case, which has been filed at the instance of the complainant, namely, Arati Das against the petitioner and other co-accused persons. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the State that the Police has complied the mandatory requirement of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In such view of the matter, there is no apprehension of arrest. Therefore, the ABLAPL is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
