This Court finds, there is confirmation of order involving appointment of receiver by way of rejection by both the Courts below. In such view of the matter this Court is not inclined to entertain the CMP. However, keeping in view the request for expediting the trial of the suit pending since 1997, this Court while directing the trial Court to conclude the trial involving T.S. No.56/06 of 1997-2013 as expeditiously possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, also restrains the Petitioner from moving any further Miscellaneous Application and/or challenging any other interim order passed in the suit to at least clear the desk for trial of the suit at the instance of the Petitioners.

This CMP is accordingly disposed of.
