The petitioner has filed this application seeking interim bail on the ground of death of his mother. Similar application filed by him being rejected by learned court below, he has moved this Court. 3.
It is submitted that the petitioner's mother expired on 21.02.2022 and for which he needs to be released from custody in order to perform the obsequies and other rituals. Documents showing death of the petitioner's mother is enclosed to the application.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel fairly submits that considering the grounds urged by the petitioner, the Court may pass appropriate order.

Considering the submissions as above, prayer is allowed. Let the petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of fifteen days.

After expiry of the aforesaid period of fifteen days, the petitioner shall surrender before the court in seisin over the matter, failing which appropriate warrant may be issued for his production. 7.
BLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
8.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application in course of the day.
