This is successive journey of the Petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Baripada Town P.S. Case No.267 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. Case No.29 of 2019 pending on the file of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Baripada, running for the alleged commission of offence under section 364/302/201/120-B/457/380/34 of the IPC, in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C., for his release on bail. 3.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State and on going through the materials available on record, while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner, this
