Heard Mr. Amit Kumar Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to conduct special examination for 5th Semester, B.Tech Examination for the year, 2020-21 under Biju Patnaik University & Technology (BPUT), Rourkela.

This Court, at the outset, is not inclined to entertain this writ petition treating it a special case for the petitioner to conduct special examination for him. If law permits and the opposite parties are proposing to hold the special examination for such type of the candidates, it is open to the

petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum pursuant to his representation vide Annexure-3. 5.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
