1. This matter is taken up through a separate notice.

2. Learned counsel for the parties inform the Court that the matter has been settled between them and there is a decree of mutual divorce dated 29th June 2021, passed by the learned Family Judge, Cuttack in Civil Proceeding Case No.630 of 2020 under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

3. In that view of the matter, P.S. Case No.104 of 2014, pending in the Court of the Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S., corresponding to C.T. Case No.1408 of 2014 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

5. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
