Heard Mr. Abhaya Ku.Parida, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 2nd January, 2022 in connection with Delanga P.S. Case No.3/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.3/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for the alleged commission of the offence under

// 2 // Sections 399/402 of I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 4 and 5 of the E.S. Act.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record and the fact that investigation into the case appears to have progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
