CORAM:
DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI MR. JUSTICE V. NARASINGH
ORDER
28.02.2022 Order No.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard.
3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of recommendation and decision dated 17.02.2022 in Annexure-8 and to allow him to complete the work by providing litigation free site and extending the time.
4.
On perusal of the record, it is evident that the prayer made in this writ petition is premature one since the order in Annexure-8 is the proposal for rescission of contract. Similarly, the petitioner has referred to a letter dated 18.02.2022 under Annexure-9, which contains as follows:- "Please find enclosed herewith the approval details of bearing of the above proposed bridge for further action at your end."
When this Court wanted to know what are the "details of bearing-2 sets" as has been indicated in the said letter, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the same are not required.
If the learned council decides which document is required or not, then it will create hindrance in an effective adjudication of the case. Such type of argument is not acceptable.
5.
Therefore, for all the above reasons, this Court is constrained not to entertain the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (V. NARASINGH) JUDGE
