Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this bail application in respect of petitioner no.2. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as not pressed in respect of Petitioner No.2. The ABLAPL is now confined only to petitioner no.1 hereinafter referred to as 'the petitioner'. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Dhamara P.S. Case No.07 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.61 of 2020

// 2 // on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chandbali within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court in seisin of the case. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
