1. For the reasons stated, the I.A. is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner-Department is permitted to correct the trial court case number mentioned in the brief which has been inadvertently reflected as "ICC Case No.01 of 2017" instead of "ICC Case No.01 of 2016".

2. Consequently, the words and figures i.e., "1CC No.1 of 2017" reflected in the 1st paragraph of the order dated 16th December, 2022 be read as "1CC No.1 of 2016".
