Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel files an affidavit sworn to by the Sub-Collector, Kendrapara in Court today enclosing a copy of the conditional order passed by him on 26.04.2022 after serving a copy of the same on Mr. Pattnayak, learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is taken on record. 2.

Considering the affidavit filed, Mr. Pattnayak wants to withdraw this application as he wants to take appropriate step in the pending matter before the Sub-Collector, Kendrapara. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
