1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard leaned counsel for the parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the R.T.O., Keonjhar to collect the tax from opposite party no.2, who is in possession of the vehicle bearing registration number OD-09-J-7610 and so far as penalty is concerned, she will file a show cause.

4. Since the show cause has already been issued to the Petitioner with regard to the penalty imposed and she is now interested to pay the tax, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. However, if the Petitioner files a show cause within seven days hence before the Opposite Party No.1, Opposite Party No.1 shall take a decision on the same within fifteen days thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
