1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard leaned counsel for the parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the A.R.T.O., Khurda to accept the tax in respect of the vehicle bearing registration number OD-02-AH-8099 and so far as penalty is concerned, he will file a show cause.

4. Since the show cause has already been issued to the Petitioner with regard to the penalty imposed and he is now interested to pay the tax, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. However, if the Petitioner files a show cause within seven days hence before the Opposite Party, Opposite Party shall take a decision on the same within fifteen days thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
