This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed with a prayer for early disposal of the R.F.A. No.96 of 2013 pending before the learned District Judge, Balasore.

Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that service of notice in the R.F.A. No.96 of 2013 is already completed in the meantime and there is unnecessary lingering of the proceeding and the trial court is going on accommodating the appellants therein in allowing the adjournment applications at their instance, this Court in disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Petition directs the trial Court not to adopt liberal adjournment procedures and to make all possible attempts to complete the hearing of the appeal vide R.F.A. No.96 of 2013 at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below.
