This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender as well as to consider the claim of parity.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that one of the co-accused has already been released on bail and therefore, direction may be given to the learned Courts below to consider the claim of parity and the date of surrender may

// 2 // be extended.

Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection.

Considering the averments made in the interim application, it is observed that while disposing of the bail application, the learned Courts below shall take into account the claim of parity with the release of the co-accused and the date of surrender of the petitioners is extended till 11th July 2022.

With the aforesaid modification, the rest part of the order dated 16.03.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
