This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the order impugned dated 23.12.2021 under Annexure-5 has been passed under Section 7A of the EPF & MP Act, 1952, against which appeal lies and, as such, the petitioner has already preferred appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the appellate forum bringing the subsequent action taken by the authority so that the same can be considered by the appellate authority in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
