In this writ petition, the State of Odisha and its functionaries being the petitioners have challenged the order dated 13.05.2015 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.1622 (C) of 2011.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.1043 of 2017 (State of Odisha and others v. Madhabananda Pradhan and another), which was disposed of vide judgment dated 13.04.2017 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 13.04.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.1043 of 2017 (State of Odisha and others v. Madhabananda Pradhan and another), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
