The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order of eviction dated 26th December, 2016 issued by the Estate Officer, IDCO Tower, Bhubaneswar under Annexure-3 directing him to vacate the Qrs. No. MIG-A/65, IDCO Colony, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar.

In view of the order passed today in W.P.(C) No.20871 of 2022, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order of even date passed in W.P.(C) No.20871 of 2022. 4.

The interim order dated 11th January, 2017 passed in Misc. Case No.149 of 2017 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
