It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2-CHSE that date for filling up Forms for Regular/ Ex-Regular students has been extended by the notification issued by CHSE dated 23.3.2022. A memo is filed enclosing copy of the notification dated 23.03.2022, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that during pendency in view of the subsequent notification dated 23.03.2022 permitting the petitioner to fill-up the Forms, the matter has been rendered infructuous.
