In disposal of the connected W.P.(C) No.6359 of 2018 today, this Court has already recorded the claim of the petitioner that there has been clearing of the disputed site/ construction which is also been admitted by the counsel for Municipality. It appears, pending dispute is required to be undertaken taking into account the development recorded in W.P.(C) No.6395 of 2018 further also keeping in view the direction of this Court in disposal of R.S.A. No.411 of 2005. With this observation only parties are directed to work out remedies available in the executing Court.
