Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has an allegation of non-consideration of his objection filed pursuant to the draft publication involving a reservation/rotation.

Considering the allegation made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court observes in the event the objection involved herein was submitted before the competent authority in due time and a decision is already taken on such objection by the competent authority, further there is no communication of such decision to the petitioner as of now, same may be communicated to the petitioner within a period of seven days hence.

Since the election notification has already come into play, the issue became academic. It is open to the petitioner to agitate such issue at the appropriate time before election.
