Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue rule NISI to the Opp. Parties, show cause them as to why the writ petition shall not be allowed and if the Opp. Parties fails to show cause or insufficient cause the said Rule may be made absolute directing the Opp.Party No.3 to take decision on the representation of the petitioner filed on 30.11.2021 under Annexure-6 within a stipulated time;

And pass any other order(s), direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper"

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-6 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of three months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner but however undertaking necessary inquiry and also involving the persons likely to be affected.
