This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last date on 31.03.2015 on which date order was passed by this Court directing the petitioner to file postal requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party no.2, but the same has not yet been complied and in the meantime, seven years have already elapsed. 3.

In view of the aforesaid development, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
