Heard Mr. M.R.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K.Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel through video conferencing mode.

According to Mr. Das, the petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of I.I.C., Chandili Police Station in the district of Rayagada (opposite party No.3). According to him when F.I.R. was submitted before the said opposite party he ignored the same and compelled the informant in Chandili P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022 to write another F.I.R. indicating the suicidal death of the deceased. Thus the original F.I.R. has been ignored. 3.

During course of hearing, Mr. Das submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move the Superintendent of Police, Rayagada (opposite party No.2) in the matter by filing a grievance petition and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion at an early date. 4.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court

// 2 // grants liberty to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before opposite party No.2 through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a petition is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.2 would do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
