1. In this application, it is explained that although the process of considering the representations of the Petitioner and giving them a hearing has already commenced, the exercise might take three months' more time to complete.

2. Keeping in view the factors set out in this application, the Court extends the time for completion of the hearing and passing a reasoned order up to 6th February, 2023. The decision thereon be communicated to the parties not later than 13th February, 2023.
