Heard Sri Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Ghose, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 2.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexure-3 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the grounds taken in the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. This Court also observes that in the event any admissible due is lying with the opposite parties, the same may be released in favour of the petitioner pending final adjudication of the dispute.
