This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.356 of 2022 arising out of Rourkela Sector-15 P.S. Case No.25 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M.(P), Rourkela for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 448, 354-A of the Indian Penal Code.
