The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Heard Mr.Mahali, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. Chhinchani, learned counsel for the Respondents. 3.

It is submitted that Respondent No.1 namely, Suna Munda died during pendency of the appeal on 7th July 2021. A copy of death certificate is also produced. It is further submitted that the other Claimant-Respondents being the surviving LRs of the deceased, no further substitution is required and the name of Respondent No.1 may be deleted.

Accordingly, order dated 22nd September, 2022 this Court is modified to the extent that the compensation amount shall be disbursed in favour of the surviving ClaimantRespondents No. 2 to 8 on such terms and proportion to be decided by the learned Tribunal.
