This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

Perused the records.

The Petitioner in the present writ application seeks a direction to the Opposite Parties to release pension and pensionary benefits to the Petitioner taking into consideration the work charged period in the light of the judgment reported in 2022 (1) OLR 266 (Bandhua Gochhayat - v.-State of Odisha and others.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the Chief Engineer, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation, Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 which may be considered within a stipulated time. 6.
In view of the aforesaid limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ application granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 ventilating his grievance within a period of two weeks. If such a
// 2 // representation is filed within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Opposite Party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months keeping in view the judgment reported in 2022(1) OLR 266 (Bandhua Gochhayat v. State of Odisha and others) (supra).

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application is disposed of.
