This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 19th February, 2016 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.98 of 2015.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this case as the same has already become infrustuous. He files a memo in Court to that effect, which is taken on record.

Accordingly, this RPFAM stands dismissed as not pressed.
