1. The Petitioners' representation dated 26th October, 2021 shall be Order No.

examined by the District Magistrate and Collector, Angul (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Parties Nos.5 to 8, and, after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 9th May, 2022. The said order shall be made available to the parties not later than 16th May, 2022. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
