This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This WPCRL was filed by the father of the petitioner for recovery of his minor child from the custody of the maternal aunt, who had taken custody of the child in the year 2014, as the wife of the petitioner was in a serious condition after suffering from Cardiac complication.

Now, on the direction of this Court, the child was recovered by the Police and handed over to the competent CWC, who in turn has given custody of the child to his maternal aunt.

As this matter relates to issue of guardianship, the parties, if so advised, may file appropriate petition before the competent Court for redressal of their grievance.

With the aforesaid observation, the WPCRL is disposed of. 7.
