This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

Mr. A.K. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. D.K. Patra, learned counsel for the Informant are present. They submit that in the meantime the parties have amicably resolved the disputes, which have given rise to the criminal case against the Petitioners. They further submit that steps are being taken to move appropriate forum for closure of the case. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that all through during the period the Petitioners having remained under interim protection since 23.11.2020, they have cooperated with the investigation and not misused the liberty. Therefore, he urges for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State submits to have no instruction as to all the above resolution of dispute. He, however, submits to have received no such information as to the adverse conduct of the Petitioners during the period since 23.11.2020 onwards.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Badagada P.S. Case No.58 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.729 of 2020 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
