None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 29.09.2022.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the order taking cognizance passed on 13.01.2015 by learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack in G.R. Case No. 69 of 2014 but in the meantime more than eight years have passed after registration of the case.

In view of aforesaid development, it pre-supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
