1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner to extend four weeks time for submission of show cause by the Petitioner before the Opposite Party pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 31.03.2022 in WP(C) No.5639 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was not able to file show cause within the stipulated time pursuant to the order dated 31.03.2022 as he was suffering from Covid-19. Therefore, four weeks time may be given to the Petitioner to file the show cause before the Opposite Party.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the I.A with a direction to the Petitioner to file show cause within fifteen days from today. If the same is filed within

// 2 // the time stipulated, the Opposite Party shall dispose of the certificate proceeding not later than one month thereafter.

5. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
