1. Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate Order No.

confirms that a statement has been made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. confirming that she went away out of her own free well. She has stated that the girl and the Petitioner have since married and are living happily together.

2. In that view of the matter, Rourkela Plant Site P.S. Case No.312 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2323 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Subordinate Court forthwith.
