This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No.74 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.171 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal
// 2 // for alleged commission of offences under sections 420, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the order dated 10.03.2022, since the learned counsel for the petitioners has obtained instruction that the petitioners are not in a position to refund the amount as per the agreement dated 09.12.2020, the interim order dated 17.03.2021 stands vacated.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
