1. The Bank statements produced by the Petitioner do bear out that Order No.

the Petitioner is in severe financial constraint. In that view of the matter the Petitioner is permitted to file a fresh application before the Opposite Party No.4 i.e. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Bhubaneswar for further modification of the order dated 3rd January, 2022. If such application is filed not later than 5th June, 2022 it shall be considered on its merit and an appropriate order be passed not later than 20th June, 2012.
