1. The Petitioner has approached this Court at the stage of a ShowCause (SCN)-cum-Demand Notice, which was issued to the Petitioner way back on 11th October, 2021.
2. From what is stated before this Court by Mr. Jagabandhu Sahoo, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, nothing much appears to have happened since then.
3. Admittedly, the Petitioner has not even filed a reply to the said SCN. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. If an order is passed by the Opposite Parties-Authorities on the SCN and if it is adverse to the Petitioner, then at the time of challenging such order, it will be open to the Petitioner to urge all the pleas taken in this writ petition and any other plea that the Petitioner may have in accordance with law.
