1. The Petitioner's representations (Annexures-12 & 13) shall be examined by Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 after notice to the Petitioner and giving him an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 9th January, 2023 and the said order be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter.

2. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any view on the matter. If aggrieved by the said order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
