This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 12.10.2022. The Petitioner by way of this application has challenged the order taking cognizance of offences and the impugned order was passed way back on 12.07.2016. In the meantime around more than six years have passed after passing of the impugned order.

In view of the above facts, especially when no one had appeared at the time of call today and on the last occasion, it presupposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
