Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt petition does not survive, as the directions of this Court dated 23.9.2019 in W.P.(C) No.17356 of 2019 have since been complied with, as the amount illegally availed by the villager under the Indira Awas Yojana for construction of house, has since been recovered.

Accordingly, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
