This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the writ petition has been disposed of by order dated 21.03.2022 but in paragraphs-4 and 6 of the said order, it has been wrongly mentioned as Annexure-3 instead of Annexure-6 series. Hence, modification has been sought for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraphs-4 and 6 of the order dated 21.03.2022 it be mentioned as Annexure-6 series in place of Annexure-3. Rest part of the order shall remain intact. 5.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
